What On The Verge does.

Every program we run is grounded in the same conviction: that the distance between who a person is and who they could be is closeable — and that the right intervention, at the right moment, can make all the difference.

The Passion Project Survey

Our foundational research program. A purpose-designed 47-item survey across eight sections — gathering real data from students, graduates, educators, parents, and working adults on fear, ambition, creativity, and the forces that shape and suppress human potential. Every question is mapped to one of our three problem or solution claims.

Foundational Belief Program

A structured mindset intervention to be delivered in schools and community settings. Built on three evidence-based solution claims — belief as the first step, visualization as neurological rehearsal, and productive failure as the fastest path to genuine growth. Designed to be piloted first, then refined and scaled based on real outcomes.

The Verge Community

A growing community of people who believe the gap between who they are and who they could be is closeable — and who are actively working to close it. Built through talks, workshops, podcast conversations, and social media. A space where the act of trying before you are ready is not just accepted — it is celebrated.

The Verge Endorsement

A talent recognition and referral program for people who go above and beyond — not on paper, but in practice. On The Verge observes, nominates, and formally endorses individuals who demonstrate exceptional drive, initiative, and potential that conventional systems overlook. Our endorsement letter carries the full weight of our mission: we noticed this person when no one else did.

Talent Recognition Endorsement Partner Companies Character-Based

How It Works

01

Someone is observed going above and beyond — and nominated by an OTV team member.

02

A brief, voluntary conversation is held with the individual to understand their goals and confirm consent to the nomination.

03

Upon deliberation a formal OTV Endorsement Letter is issued along with a certificate, granting the individual external/client recognition to their employer. This is done to express how OTV has seen their value, how their growth and potential can benefit the company, and why they deserve genuine consideration and support.
