A Youth-Led Social Enterprise

Where
Potential
Begins.

Every person alive is on the verge of something they have not yet allowed themselves to become. We exist for that moment.

We do not believe
in wasted people.

On The Verge is a youth-led social enterprise built on one conviction: that unrealized potential is not a personal failure — it is a systemic one, and a solvable one.

We intervene early — in schools, in communities, and in the spaces where potential is most at risk of being abandoned. Through belief-based development, mindset intervention, and research-grounded tools, we meet people at the exact moment they are on the verge of giving up — and walk with them across it.

What we stand for.
Where we are going.

Our Mission

Turning suppressed potential into lived reality.

On The Verge exists to meet people at the edge of what they almost didn't try — and help them cross it. Through early intervention, belief-based development, and the courage to take the first step before being ready, we turn suppressed potential into lived reality.

Our Vision

A world that no longer wastes its people.

We envision a generation that tries before it is ready, believes before it has proof, and builds the life it was always capable of — not the one it was told to settle for. A world where the gap between who a person is and who they could be is no longer decided by fear.

Work in Progress

Our work is just beginning.

On The Verge is currently in its foundational stage — building the evidence base, developing the intervention model, and testing our approach with real people. Here is what our work looks like.

Primary Research & Survey

We are currently conducting a baseline survey on fear, ambition, creativity, and the forces that shape — and limit — human potential. Responses are being collected from students, educators, graduates, parents, and working adults.

Mindset Intervention

We are developing a belief-based intervention program to be tested in schools and community settings. Built on three evidence-based solution claims: belief as the first step, visualization as neurological rehearsal, and productive failure as the fastest path to growth.

Community & Outreach

Through talks, workshops, podcast conversations, and social media, we are building a community of people who believe that the gap between who they are and who they could be is closeable — and are actively working to close it.

Please note: On The Verge is actively growing. Our survey is ongoing, our intervention model is in development, and our programs are being built in real time. If you want to be part of what comes next — we want to hear from you.

The cost of doing nothing
is not neutral.

Every day, across every school, office, and household, potential dies quietly. Not from lack of talent. Not from lack of intelligence. But from the accumulated weight of fear, judgment, and a culture that teaches people to wait until they are ready — and readiness never comes.

"Every human being is capable of more than they have been told. On The Verge exists to prove it."
77%

of global workers are disengaged — not from laziness, but from years of suppressed potential.

50%

of graduates won't apply for jobs they're qualified for because they don't feel ready enough.

78%

of workers say their greatest career regret was not taking more risks — not that they took too many.
